Under the guidance of Executive chef, our kitchen team are constantly creating exciting dishes encompassing all aspects of Indian food from the traditional right through to the latest contemporary dishes. Suvai events are run by our highly experienced event managers and service team, who provide a professional service which is polite and efficient but not intrusive.

Erik Kingston has been in hospitality since 1988 and, as CEO, is in charge of executive operations. His experience, ability and wealth of information about food and wine are often credited as responsible for the restaurant’s many reviews. Erik Kingston has owned and successfully operated many Indian restaurants.
